Diane Rigda

Paralegal

Diane has worked in the legal field since 2001. She has a background in family law, but estate planning and probate/trust law is now her primary focus.  Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and eventually moved to San Francisco, where she has lived for the last 30+ years.

In her extensive travels before becoming a Paralegal, she was stung on the foot by a scorpion in Timbuktu, fell into an open sewer in rural Tibet, and survived over a month crossing the Indian Ocean to Madagascar on a sailboat.  In her spare time, Diane likes to hike, play both flute and piccolo in the San Francisco Civic Symphony community orchestra and spend time with her husband (a violinist and IT professional) and their teenage daughter.

Where we are

Fox Probate Group is located at 165 South Park, overlooking the storied South Park, San Francisco’s oldest and most interesting Public Park. Bounded by Second, Third, Bryant, and Brannon Streets, South Park was established during the heady days of the Gold Rush. South Park was the stomping ground for socialites in the 1860s, longshoremen in the 1930s, Hells Angels in the 1970s, Twitter in 2006, and Cate Blanchett in Blue Jasmine in 2012, where she suffered an Academy Award winning nervous breakdown on a South Park bench. Now it is the home of Fox Probate Group. We are a few blocks from Oracle Park and the N-Judah Muni stop at 4th and King Streets. Street parking is generally available and our office is ADA compliant.
