Mediation Services

Fox Probate Group offers mediation services for contested conservatorship and probate matters. Mediation is an informal, voluntary and less costly alternative to litigation. The parties in conflict are brought to the table with the help of a neutral mediator to resolve their issues in a mutually satisfactory manner. Mediation often results in a written settlement agreement that is legally enforceable.
